Established in 2016 and follow the concept of boutique owner-run agent, Justravel Asia is growing to be a full – service tour operator across Indochina and Thailand.

Han Pham – Co-founder
Han has been key leader of different DMCs in Vietnam for nearly 15 years since her graduation from Bachelor of Tourism. Her endless passion for travel inspires her staff, and her extended knowledge reflects through the exceptional travel advices. She loves to uncover the hideaway, recreate the old flavors in cooking and emerge herself in wildlife activities. Han believes that the most meaningful travel experiences involve meeting and interacting with people from different cultures, learning about their living traditions, and sharing our own tales and experiences with them. For Han, taking a mindfulness trip is simply “creating the moments that make you smile when looking back years later”.
Alice Luu – Co-founder
After obtaining her Postgraduate Certificate in Tourism Management in Sydney, Alice came back to Vietnam to pursue her lifelong goal of traveling to remote parts of the world. Alice and her companion who shares her love of travel work together to found Justravel Asia, with the intention of improving the quality of the travel experience via the power of sharing and giving. She has worked in the tourism business for 10 years, in roles as varied as Travel Advisor, Product Developer, and Tour Guide, and has traveled widely around Asia to immerse herself in the region’s rich cultural heritage. She is a huge foodie and a photography enthusiast. She wants her clients to have a holiday that is “luxury in experience, rich in feeling,”.

It is our Pride to be one of the first DMC in Vietnam to officially introduce our country as a safe and friendly destination for LGBT community.
