By booking with Justravel Asia, you enter into a binding agreement governed by the terms below. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

  1. Booking & Confirmation
  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking.
  • If booking within 60 days of departure, a full payment may be required upfront.
  • Upon receipt of your deposit, a booking contract is in effect and services will be reserved on your behalf.
  1. Payment Schedule
  • Up to 60 days before departure: 20% deposit due.
  • 60 days or fewer: Full payment required.
  • Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  1. Trip Documentation
  • You’ll receive a comprehensive trip packet before departure—containing your final invoice, itinerary, visa guidance, packing tips, and local contact details.
  1. Participant Responsibility
  • Travelers must ensure they are fit, suitably prepared, and have adequate travel insurance (including coverage for medical, cancellation, and trip interruption).
  • Full disclosure of any medical conditions or special needs must be made in advance.
  1. Our Responsibilities
  • Justravel Asia will provide all services detailed in your confirmed itinerary with professionalism and care.
  • We reserve the right to make alternative arrangements of equal or higher quality if necessary, without reducing the standard of your experience.
  1. What’s Included & Not Included
  • Included: Accommodation, selected meals, local transport, guide services, entrance fees, and any specified activities.
  • Not included: International flights, visa fees, personal expenses, optional extras, and insurance.
  1. Changes & Cancellations
  • By you:
    • 60+ days before departure: loss of deposit (20%).
    • 59–30 days before: 50% cancellation fee.
    • 29 days or fewer: 100% of trip cost.
  • By us:
    • We reserve the right to cancel for reasons beyond our control (e.g. safety, destination issues), with reimbursement limited to unused trip costs.
    • We’ll endeavor to offer alternative arrangements or full refunds where possible.
  1. Force Majeure & Liability
  • We cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, political unrest, or supplier failure).
  • Our liability is strictly limited to the value of services paid to us and provided by external suppliers.
  1. Health & Safety
  • Some activities may have inherent risks (e.g. trekking, cycling). Participation is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure you have appropriate coverage.
  1. Behavior & Conduct
  • Guests are expected to respect local customs, guides, and other travelers.
  • Unreasonable behavior may result in exclusion from the trip without refund.
  1. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
  • Please notify your local guide or representative immediately if something isn’t right—they’re on hand to help.
  • Formal complaints must be submitted within 30 days of trip completion.
  • Disputes will be governed by Vietnamese law and resolved through local mediation or arbitration.
